The SGGS is mindful of the key role an educational institution plays in the development of productive citizens and future professionals, and of the impact they can create on multiple levels of the society. In an era where information empowers and where ideas and innovation are the raw materials of the information economy, our vision is to produce technically sound, professionally competent, and socially committed individuals imbued with ethical values to serve the society.
Mission
An umbrella educational institution with several colleges imparting education under it, the Group, has as its mission to build a centre of excellence for learning where young talents can be nurtured to their fullest potential. Through its focus on teaching and learning, research and discovery, it creates, conveys, and applies knowledge to expand personal growth, advance social development, and improve the quality of life of the students.

- To establish an ideal center of learning for higher education
- To provide state of the art infrastructure keeping in view the emerging need
- To set up and equip the laboratories, libraries, workshop with adequately and proper books, equipments, chemical and tools to facilities the process of ideal learning
- To select and recruit qualified, competent and committed faculty and staff following accepted norms and procedure
- To create a learner friendly congenial atmosphere in the campus
